A structured proof-of-concept program designed to identify deterioration risk, establish baseline fleet condition data, and validate long-term preservation strategy before enterprise deployment.
Every enrolled vehicle receives a comprehensive induction inspection that establishes the official starting condition record before recurring preservation begins.
During the 90-Day Preservation Pilot, every enrolled vehicle enters the FPS 25-Point Preservation Management Program.
Each vehicle receives one recurring preservation inspection every week for twelve consecutive weeks.
Every organization operates differently. Fleet Preservation Systems develops a customized maintenance strategy aligned with each customer's operational schedule and fleet requirements.
When deterioration requiring repair is identified, FPS assists customers by connecting them with qualified repair facilities and providing the information needed to make informed repair decisions.
The standard 25-Point Preservation Management Program is an inspection and preservation service. Routine consumable replacement is not included. Organizations may request that FPS perform consumable replacement services as an optional add-on.
Fleet Preservation Systems is not a full-service automotive repair provider. Repairs outside the scope of optional consumable services will be referred to qualified repair partners. Optional consumable replacement services are performed only upon customer request and FPS approval and are billed separately from the standard Preservation Management Program.
Establish a documented baseline, identify early-stage deterioration, and implement a structured preservation program that protects fleet value and maintains deployment readiness.
